The Back to the Back 80s/Halloween night raised a fantastic €1,300 for each of the three schools involved.
What a great night was had at the Halloween Expo, organised by Kehlen and Emily. There was a superb turnout for this fun event so thanks to everyone who attended and volunteered and to the teachers for coordinating the very Spooktacular artwork which decorated the hall.
Thanks again for volunteering! Please see below your job and job description at bottom of page! If you’ve any queries, please contact Lynn Bray on 087 2057238.

A family fun date for your diary is Sports Day which takes place on Saturday 18 June. Please put your name forward now to help out. It’s a wonderful fun day for the children and their families, but we do need a large number of volunteers to help it run smoothly! Please fill in the form below or contact any PA member. Thank you!
Come along for a fun and entertaining evening in Aqua on Monday, 25 April. Last year this great night was a complete sell-out, so watch this space and don’t miss out!
What a fun night was had at our annual BSPA table quiz which was held in Howth Yacht Club on Thursday, 4th February. With special thanks to Howth Yacht Club and all our supporters.
Please volunteer for one of the following:
Sports Day – Saturday 18 June
School Books Ordering sub-committee – we plan to set up a small sub-committee to look after this vital fundraising activity.
Contact your class rep or any of us on the PA to put your name forward. We literally cannot do it without you!
Here is some info to help you to get set and ready to go in Suttonians this Saturday, 13th June!
11am Procession starts at the track – check out the smiley faces in the map above – children gather according to their house colour. All siblings have the same house colour. If you’re unsure what your family house colour is, please text Lynn Bray 087 205 7238.
After the procession, all children will be brought by a sports day volunteer to their class meeting point at the start of the race track (marked “start” on map).
The races commence – they are a mix of fun and competitive races. The older children have chosen the races they’re competing in so hopefully everyone will be happy!
After each race, the winners are given their medals straight away and all children return to their class meeting point at the start of the race track, ready for their next race (medal winners can drop off the medals to their parents, grandparents or minder enroute).
This way the races will run smoothly and quickly as all children race, then queue, race then queue.
There’s lots more happening on the day….read on!
Please remember that the judge’s decision is final! This is a fun day and everyone who is making it happen is a volunteer.
After all of the class races, there will be a short race for younger siblings!
All that fresh air will make you hungry, so grab a burger or sausage at the BBQ!
Enjoy some strawberries and cream while watching the races! There’ll also be popcorn on sale, but no sweets – it’s sports day after all!!
- sun hat
- picnic blanket
- rain gear!
Fingers crossed the lovely weather stays for sports day!
